6 weeks in and running late
Well let’s just start off that weight wise this week was definitely better than the last. (Otherwise the week was really terrible, but that is not what this post is about) I was able to stay on track on the diet, and for the most part the exercise, though part of me wonders if the exercise was not better primarily due to the fact it allowed me to release some emotions from an otherwise awful week.
This week I learned just why I get up before my children to exercise. And try to finish before they get up. while my run on Saturday was the fastest and the farthest yet, it was also broken up about 3 times due to one child or the other. So while milage wise and workout it was great, concentration not so great. Sunday on the other hand, they were up before I started and therefore difficult to get started and add to that my oldest making me want to give him away, well, let’s just say it didn’t get down.
On the plus side, I made it through 3 kids birthday parties, and while I had some cake at 2 of the 3 parties, it was small piece. And still managed to do well. And since I didn’t attend any SuperBowl Parties I did not have to deal with those issues either.
So overall, I am down 13 pounds this morning. 5 from last week. So I lost what I gained last week, plus three more. Overall I am happy with that. I have 7 pounds left to reach my goal for this month, possible. And 27 to reach my overall goal.
Plan this week is to add an evening activity every night. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday I have Tae Kwon Do, so I need to look at adding something the rest of the week.
The running late part of the title, well that applies to today. Because I woke up late, exercised late, and have continued with the running late so far this morning. So this is a short post, and I might try to make it up later. But here is the pic for the week

I know how hard it is to do your work out with children around, they needs us ever minutes that they are awake loll. Keeping so busy seems to pay off! 5 pounds in a week is great.
